1 How fast do I get the server?
After payment the VPS is created automatically, usually in under 60 seconds, and the access details appear in your account. Plans marked pre-order are activated at launch.
2 Which operating system can I install? Is Windows included?
You pick and install the OS from the control panel: Debian, Ubuntu, Fedora or Windows Server. Windows Server is included with no extra licence cost, and you can reinstall at any time.
3 Can I move to a bigger plan later?
Yes. From the service page you can upgrade to any bigger plan in the same category and pay only the difference for the remaining period. Your data stays in place; downgrades are not possible because the disk cannot be shrunk safely.
4 Can I have more IPv4 addresses?
Yes, up to 10 additional addresses per VPS at €2 per month each. Add them now in the configurator or later from the service page. Not available on daily billing.
5 How does the DDoS protection work?
It is always on for every IP address, at network level, at no extra cost. From your account you can tune the filters per IP, for example for game servers.
