1 How long does delivery take?

Our team prepares the server by hand and delivers it within 24–72 hours of payment. When it is ready, the access details appear in your account and are emailed to you.

2 Which operating system do I get, and what access?

We agree the distribution with you by ticket (for example Debian, Ubuntu or AlmaLinux) and install it before delivery. You get full root access to the server.

3 What port and how much traffic are included?

Every server has a guaranteed 1 Gbps port and this plan includes 50 TB of traffic per month. Bigger plans include more traffic.

4 Can I have more IPv4 addresses?

1 IPv4 is included. In the configurator you can add up to 10 addresses at €2.00 per month each, or a whole /24 subnet (256 addresses) at €100.00 per month. For more after delivery, open a ticket.

5 Is the server DDoS protected?

Yes. DDoS protection is always on at network level for every IP address of the server, at no extra cost.
